Real Estate Capital Partners Teams with San Diego-based Firm to Develop Texas Industrial Property
Real Estate Capital Partners is partnering with St. Croix Capital, a developer based out of San Diego, California, to develop Colorado Crossing, a 4-building industrial property located in the southeastern industrial submarket of Austin, Texas.
The property will comprise of approximately 264,387 square feet of speculative industrial space spread between four buildings, ranging in size from 42,584 square feet to 86,718 square feet. Construction at the site is underway and is expected to be complete by December 2008. Lease-up at the property is projected to begin in February 2009.
St. Croix Capital Corporation has been actively developing properties in the Austin area since 2005. This is St. Croix Capital and Real Estate Capital Partners’ first partnership together.
