Chelsea Modern Wins CNBC Americas Property Award

The results of the CNBC Americas Property Awards 2008 in association with The New York Times have been revealed.
Real Estate Capital Partners is delighted to announce that Madison Equities, our partner in the Chelsea Modern (RECAP X) and Irving Place (RECAP XI) projects, has won an award for Chelsea Modern in the following categories: Best Condominium New York, Best High-Rise Development New York and Best High-Rise Architecture USA.
The CNBC Americas Property Awards received hundreds of entries in all categories. These awards are part of the world’s largest and most prestigious property competition. The objective of these awards is to encourage excellence in the property industry worldwide and to recognize and promote an international standard.
Entries were judged by a panel of international independent professionals, chaired by Eric Pickles MP, British Shadow Secretary of State. Their collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards.
The five star winners from each category of these Awards will have been automatically put forward for re-judging against the five star winners in other regions of the world, UK, Europe / Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. From this re-assessment, the 2008 CNBC International “Worlds Best” winners in each category will be identified and announced at a presentation ceremony in November.
