Real Estate Capital Partners Acquires New Diamond Comics Distribution Facility in Mississippi
Real Estate Capital Partners has purchased the Diamond Comics Distribution Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi on behalf of IVG Institutional Funds GmbH.
The new Diamond Comics building is a Class A, single-story 600,000 square foot, concrete tilt-wall warehouse/distribution facility located in the Memphis MSA distribution market, one of the nation’s premier distribution hubs.
Diamond Comics, the world’s largest distributor of English-language comic books and graphic novels, will occupy 100% of the space. The build-to-suit will serve as its central U.S. warehouse and distribution center for distribution across North America and Europe.
