Security firm secures top floors on West 36th

AlliedBarton Security Services has signed a 10-year lease for the top two floors of 229 W. 36th St.

The tenant is expected to move into 19,920 square feet on the building’s 11th and 12th floors in October. It was represented in the deal by Patrice Meagher and Paul Amrich of CB Richard Ellis, while the landlord, Real Estate Capital Partners, was represented by David Hollander and Colin Meagher, also of CBRE.
