RECAP Senior Management

There are nine senior officers of Real Estate Capital Partners. These individuals oversee each of the firm’s departments: Investment Management; Construction Management; Asset & Property Management; Accounting & Information Systems; and Marketing, Reporting & Investor Relations. The senior management team develops the company’s investment strategy, oversees the investment/disposition process and manages a staff of more than 60 located in offices in New York; suburban Washington D.C.; Dallas, Texas; and San Francisco, California.

Harald Quandt Family

HQFS LP is a German family holding company with a globally diversified investment portfolio, including investment advisory activities for third parties. The Harald Quandt Family has established a number of financial services companies providing advice to high net worth families and institutional investors with the goal of developing global portfolio strategies in alternative investment classes, including:

  • Wealth Management (Multi Family Office)
  • Private equity and hedge funds in Europe, the United States and Asia
  • Acquisition and management of participating interests in mid-sized companies in German-speaking countries

FFB Recap, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franz and Frieder Burda. The Burda family has a globally diversified investment portfolio.

IVG Institutional Funds GmbH

IVG Institutional Funds GmbH is a full-service real estate investment advisor for German institutions (insurance companies and pension funds). IVG sponsors funds that are subject to the regulation of the German Investment Company Act (InVG).
